St. Paddy's Day Cupcakes

I've been hired!!!

My mom, who thinks I'm great at cupcake making...(she's biased of course :^) ) has hired me to make cupcakes for her staff for St. Patricks Day!! I'm excited. It's a challenge to me to come up with the right combination of flavor and design. So my journey is on. I will be searching the net for ideas to produce a delicious cupcake.

An Old Irish Blessing for you:
"May love and laughter light your days, and warm your heart and home.May good and faithful friends be yours, wherever you may roam.May peace and plenty bless your worldwith joy that long endures.May all life's passing seasonsbring the best to you and yours!"
