She's gone! But I had to bake her cupcakes before she left so she knew I loved her and she can always flutter back home!

4th of July Firecracker Cupcakes

They were poppin'..... literally. I did a red, white, and blue colored cupcake, Let the kids decorate with red, white, and blue decor and then put the finishing touch on when I served them. Pop Rocks. Like I said 'they were poppin'! I also made a Strawberry Angel Pie. It was delish. Layers of strawberry sauce, angel food cake, and Dreyers slow churned Red, White, and blue ice cream. Yum!!

Cowboy Up cupcake!!

I made these cupcakes for a bakery auction. The theme was southwestern so I made cowboys and horses. As you can tell a few of the horses didn't quite make it! lol! Cowboy boy up little cupcake!!

For an oriental themed event my sister was doing for YW she requested Sushi cupcakes. Soooo I love new creations in the cupcake form. Here is the end result.....sushi anyone?

Since my bro-n-law recovered the pics i thought I lost I can post Evan's Shark cupcakes we made and took to school in March for his birthday. They were a big hit.

I've been hired!!!

My mom, who thinks I'm great at cupcake making...(she's biased of course :^) ) has hired me to make cupcakes for her staff for St. Patricks Day!! I'm excited. It's a challenge to me to come up with the right combination of flavor and design. So my journey is on. I will be searching the net for ideas to produce a delicious cupcake.
